To manage the architectural, engineering and building services planning, design and documentation required to prepare, develop and finalise the preferred master plan option and implementation strategies for the redevelopment of Vaiola Hospital. A&L's role was to review of data, design assumptions and requirements leading to the development of a preferred Master Plan Option. Preparation of development options for MOH approval and presentation to public forum. Finalise the master plan for the redevelopment of the hospital and identify fully costed and sustainable implementation strategies for the required development works to be carried out in autonomous stages. Coordination of implementation strategies with the activities of the various donor agencies active in the Tongan Health Sector.
