Upgrading of Facilities at Mt Hagen General Hospital

Australian AID - Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT)

Partnering with the Mt. Hagen General Hospital Board and preparing a Development Control Plan leading to a submission on behalf of the Board for funding from the PNG Incentive Fund. This proposal then competed with proposals from other PNG organisations of excellence for AusAID funds available through the PNGIF. The proposal was successful and secured K7.5 million. A&L is providing overall project management as well as full architectural and contract administration services (through its Port Moresby subsidiary office).

The project scope incorporates the upgrading of facilities at Mt Hagen General Hospital, including the construction of new operating theatres, ward and mortuary facilities.
